The BASIC rate (RENT): Rate is for the berth based on size of the slip indicated, including up to 3' permitted overhang.

PERFORMANCE FEE: Equal to one month basic slip rate + $50.00 up to 30', $100.00 for 35' & 40', and $150.00 for 45' and up.

CARD KEY LICENSE FEE: The FIRST gold and the FIRST blue key cards are free - ALL others are $25.00 each, no exceptions and the fee is non-refundable.

LIVEABOARD CHARGES: Available only on 35' boats and larger. No Pets.
2 person maximum. 61.5% of the 35' rate.

TRANSFER FEE:  $50.00 

RESERVATION: One (1) Month BASIC rent.

Ventura Isle offers dingy storage
as well as bike lockers.

Slip charges are based on a weighted formula relating to the amount of space used by a particular size of slip and not upon the lineal foot length of the slip. IF PERMITTED - Regular boaters and guests of liveaboards are limited to overnight stays on board of no more than two (2) days per week, whether consecutive or not,  and no more than two (2) guests at any one time.
